Using ADP iHCM, you'll manage a Payroll of around 180 monthly paid employees. This involves liaising with HR dept to ensure that all employee data is correctly entered onto system prior to submission to Payroll provider, checking outputs and obtaining director sign-off, and submit necessary forms to HMRC. You'll also be responsible for reconciling of Tax, NI, Pensions and Statutory Payment, and ensuring compliance with SFI and GDPR. As the sole point of contact for Payroll related issues you'll be expected to respond to any employee queries and give a breakdown of deductions etc if necessary, and offer support and advice to employees and senior management.

The successful applicant will have strong UK Payroll experience and be comfortable being the subject matter expert for anything Payroll related, so should have in depth knowledge of all current legislation, including allowances for Statutory Payments, Tax Codes and Pensions. Previous experience working with ADP iHCM would also be highly desirable, as would an understanding of basic Accounting principles. A high level of attention to detail is a must, along with strong written and spoken English, and a friendly demeanour.
