About the role:
Preparation of accounts and tax returns; Taking accounts up to Trial Balance; Liaising with clients and other third parties; Supporting with client Payrolls; Preparing self-assessment and partnership tax returns; Processing daily/weekly/monthly invoices; Performing Bank Reconciliations; and ad hoc accounts duties.
- Minimum 1 year of experience within an accountancy practice;
- Strong communication skills in order to communicate with clients and third party stake holders;
- Fundamental understanding of relevant accounting legislation; and
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
Suitable applicants will ideally be familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, BrightPay, and CCH.
