Reed Accountancy is recruiting for a Payroll and HR Assistant for our client based in Rugby. This is an exciting time to be joining our client who are currently undergoing a strong period of growth.
Payroll and HR Assistant is reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.
Full time and permanent, the main responsibilities include not limited to:
• Monthly payroll and pensions payroll
• Adding new starters
• Calculating SSP, SMP SPP etc.
• Timesheet inputting
• P11Ds, P45, P60
• Amending annual salary increases
• Payment of bonuses
• Assisting with letters for annual pay reviews
• Assisting with general HR administration duties.
This role is full time and permanent, part time hours will be considered.
Payroll and HR Administrator would suit candidates that have experience with payroll, possess a high level of confidentiality, understanding of RTI and current payroll legislation.
